Short film · One blocking pass, two worlds
Ridgeline Runner
A making-of page for a 30-second car film: one 19-shot blocking pass, shot twice in two opposite worlds.
Why I made it
One 19-shot blocking video, two opposite universes. The film was blocked once and shot twice: once in a burning rain-soaked city, once on a sunny alpine pass. Same camera moves, zero re-blocking.
What's on the page
- A five-step making-of, from the blocking pass and the 720-frame master to the final edit
- Both takes, Rain & Fire and The Alps, each with a synced block-versus-final player
